Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Oversee daily operations and support administrative tasks, including inventory management, filing, and phone calls.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director to meet fundraising goals.
• Write grants and manage reporting.
• Develop campaigns and events for historic preservation.
• Facilitate tours and workshops.
• Manage the website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Cover welcome center duties.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Event setup and breakdown, including furniture arrangement, equipment handling, and cleanup.
• Cultivate major donors and corporate support.
• Expand membership program.
• Handle donor communication and follow-up.
• Research prospects and write thank-you notes.
Salary Range:
~$25/hr depending on experience
