Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque’s mission is to nourish bodies and spirits with balanced meals and friendship. We seek an Office Coordinator with a deep capacity to serve others and the skills to work accurately and efficiently.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Answer phone inquiries
• Process mail daily
• Donation processing
• Data entry and file maintenance
• Assist Client and Volunteer Coordinators with daily tasks
• Oversee Pet and Supplemental food Programs
• Take minutes at Board or committee meeting
• Perform additional administrative duties
• May require driving meals to clients using own vehicle
• Other assigned duties
