Montessori Toddler Teaching Assistant

Type of Job: 
Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist in maintaining an engaging Montessori classroom.
Support toddlers' development with care and guidance.
Foster independence and curiosity.
Ensure a safe, smooth classroom experience.
Must be comfortable with diaper changing and assistance with toileting

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Observe and share insights on children's growth.
Participate in professional development.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Passion for early childhood education.
Collaborative, flexible, and eager to learn.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with young children.
Ability to interact at toddlers' level, including lifting up to 30 lbs.
Some Early Childhood Coursework.
