McKinley County CCR Community Organizer

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

This position is responsible for providing coaching and technical assistance to their assigned CCR Team. The organizer is responsible for bringing together professionals from several agencies that respond to domestic violence in McKinley County in an effort to enhance safety for victims and hold offenders accountable.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Duties include: Meeting with key community partners, shadowing departments to gain knowledge and insight into each partner's role, reviewing policy documents, conducting training and needs assessments. Facilitate programs by coordinating various workshops, on-line and in-person classes or seminars for community partners.

Other Information/Requirements: 

This position is open to McKinley County residents and may involve some in-state and out-of-state travel.
Education can be supplemented with experience. A background in social work or working with domestic violence programs is preferred.

Salary Range: 
65K annually full-time salary exempt
