Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Salvation Army Santa Fe Corps in Santa Fe, NM is looking to fill a Maintenance/Landscape Tech position which will perform preventative or emergency maintenance/repairs as well as maintain the landscape of the facility.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum of three years maintenance and landscape experience
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Experience with stripping and waxing floors
Ability to address minor maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrical
Plumbing/HVAC experience preferred
Skilled in using electrical-powered landscaping tools and gasoline-powered equipment to plant, cultivate and trim horticulture
Must have a valid NM driver's license with a clean driving record
Must pass a criminal background check

$17.00-$18.00/hr
