Main Areas of Responsibility:
Primary roles include case management and support to the supervising attorney. Specific responsibilities include intake, assisting clients in gathering supporting evidence, returning client calls, prepping cases for submission, and translations where required and when the employee is qualified.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, paralegal studies, social services, psychology, or a related field; or four years of experience in a victim assistance program, legal field or case management field; or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience; bilingual in English/Spanish.
