Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Kitchen Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of kitchen during production, organizing and cleaning storage areas, assisting in the preparation of food, and assisting the Chef and Catering Coordinator during catered events and wholesale distribution. The right candidate will have strong multitasking abilities and a strong desire to learn.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Wash dishes
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen
Assist in the preparation of large batch production as directed according to the high standards of Three Sisters Kitchen
Assist Chef, Catering Coordinator, and Food Manufacturing Manager during catered events and value-added product production
