Individual Giving Program Manager

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

We have a full-time, midlevel opening for an individual giving program manager for the ASRT Education and Research Foundation. Duties include overseeing individual fundraising and donor stewardship and managing volunteers and vendors in accomplishing outreach and fundraising efforts. Collaboration will be a key feature of this position to meet the goals of increased revenue, heightened member engagement and improved fundraising systems capacity.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ideal candidates will be able to work independently and collaboratively, use discretion when working with confidential information and be extremely detail oriented. Must exhibit strong analytical, organizational and motivational skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum requirements are a bachelor’s degree with three years of experience or an associate degree with five years of experience. Candidates should have advanced computer skills with MS Word and Excel, annual fund experience (major and planned giving preferred), demonstrated skills in development, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, experience managing volunteers and the ability to build virtual relationships.
