Human Resources Manager - Part-Time

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Human Resources Manager manages human resource department functions such as recruiting, employment, compensation, benefits and training for all employees to ensure policy compliance and a positive employee culture.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Manage the entire Human Resource Department.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Be at least 18 years old and meet the NM Child Care licensing requirements regarding TB tests and criminal records background check.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge and understanding of FMLA, ADA, EEO, COBRA, FLSA regulations
Working knowledge of City, State and Federal Labor Laws
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Attention to detail, planning and organizational ability.
Bi-Lingual/Spanish
Proficient in MS Office and computers
