Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Human Resources Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This position plays an integral part in helping create a nourishing workplace by supporting and improving administrative and HR functions.

Recruitment and Onboarding, Administrative Support, Payroll and Benefits Administration, Employee Relations Support, Compliance and Record-Keeping

Other Information/Requirements: 

High School Diploma
Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
One-year experience in human resources or administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Salary Range: 
$27.00 to $29.00 per hour, hourly, non-exempt, minimum 32 hours per week FTE (Full Time Employee).
