Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Human Resources Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial and Human Resources Officer, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment processes, and supporting various HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. This position plays an integral part in helping create a nourishing workplace by supporting and improving administrative and HR functions.

Salary Range:
