Main Areas of Responsibility:
We are looking for a remarkable individual to help the Human Resource Director with the day to day duties of the office. They will perform a wide range of human resources functions such as assist with recruiting, hiring and training new and existing employees; assist w/internal and external inquiries related to the HR department; provide clerical support such as compiling and updating employee records, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
This position requires an Associate’s degree in related field or a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and recent experience. A minimum of two years of recent experience in human resources management; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy; advanced Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook and related software. Must be proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management.
