Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Meals on Wheels New Mexico a Non-Profit Institutional kitchen is seeking a Hot Production Associate. This position also works closely with the Hot Production Manager, to learn every aspect of the hot production of approximately 700-900 meals daily. Great team atmosphere for a local non-profit. Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM. Hourly wage will depend upon experience. Paid holidays, sick leave and vacation are benefits included with this position

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include knowledge of kitchen procedures, knife skills, prior experience with institutional cooking, following instructions and attention to detail, planning production, ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand most of the day. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening and have a valid driver’s license.
