Embark on an exciting farming journey with the Grow the Growers program—an immersive training and business acceleration initiative crafted for budding farmers. Join us to cultivate your skills through a perfect blend of hands-on experience and engaging classroom sessions, propelling you into the world of professional food production.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Internship Phase: Practical in field/on-farm experience, Educational Workshops (Field-Skills, Business Planning, Post-Harvest Handling and Food Distribution), 20 hours/week, 9 months; March through October.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be over the age of 18 years old to apply.
