Full Time-Temporary Program Coordinator/Data Collector

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The program coordinator position will carry out the project throughout the duration of the grant. S/he will be responsible for recruitment efforts, conducting parent information sessions and surveys as well as the administration of youth and follow-up surveys.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Oversees project recruitment efforts and program implementation
Administers the informed consent process for parents and youth to participate in the study
Administers the online survey for consenting parents and adolescents (ages 12-13) at baseline
Administers the online survey for youths at designated follow-up periods according to the approved study protocol
Tracks participating youth in each of the four study groups and contacting them for follow-up data collection

Other Information/Requirements: 

Data collectors should be comfortable working with parents and adolescents and have excellent interpersonal skills. They should also be fluent in written and spoken Spanish/English to facilitate the consenting and survey procedures.
