Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Fiscal Sponsor Manager will serve within the Program & Grants team in the Santa Fe office. Fiscal Sponsorship is an arrangement by which NMCF provides financial and programmatic oversight of non tax-exempt charitable projects, allowing those fiscally sponsored projects to receive grants and tax-exempt donations from government, foundations, and individuals.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Fiscal Sponsorship Manager will report to the Director of Community Philanthropy and support the Program & Grants and Finance offices to ensure timely and accurate payment of project expenses, precise file keeping and calendaring, and assist with the oversight and management of grants reporting.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• BA/BS strongly preferred
• Minimum five years of business or non-profit experience (preferably in grants management)
• Ability to hold a critical role in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Knowledge of working with state, county and city grants
• Deep understanding of non-profit organizational structures and business models
