Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Fiscal Sponsor Coordinator is an administrative support position for NMCF’s Fiscal Sponsorship Program. PART-TIME POSITION (20 hours per week)

The Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator will report to the Director of Community Philanthropy and support the Program & Grants and Finance offices to ensure timely and accurate payment of project expenses, precise file keeping and calendaring, and assist with the oversight and management of grants reporting.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• On-going maintenance of information (data input and output) for the purposes of tracking/monitoring deadlines, generating correspondence, reports and other communication instruments to reach funders and fiscally sponsored projects

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS preferred
Minimum 3 yrs administrative experience
