Main Areas of Responsibility:
Duties include strategic and executive responsibilities that support Program Directors, Executive Director, Board of Directors and community stakeholders. Responsibilities for day to day operations include business operations and social enterprise activities as well as coordinating with external accounting and payroll services. TSK operates a $2 million budget, has 15 employees and actively partners with a range of community stakeholders.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Develop financial tools for 3 business units, specifically improve analytics for expenses, income, and methods for distributing shared overhead costs
• Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, support preparation of invoices and government grant reimbursement requests, oversight of Social Enterprise operations
• Participate in existing Capital Campaign land acquisition project
