Fatherhood Program Coordinator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for coordinating the fatherhood program located in Española. Provide individual/ group/ family therapy, both center and home based. Resonsible for program development, community outreach and advocacy for fathers in Rio Arriba, Los Alamos and Santa Fe counties. Participation in weekly supervision/consultation and timely completion of documentation required.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work on an innovative team with a prevention-based treatment focus. Requires excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently to meet program and client needs.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Possession of a Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling, with appropriate NM licensure. Experience working with young children and families. Fluency in Spanish preferred. Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for day-to-day job performance.
