Family Liaison

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The role of the Family Liaison is to provide seamless support to families by providing pertinent information to guide and educate families in assessing choices and making decisions regarding their child with special education needs. Liaisons will participate in the documenting and evaluating of the quantity and quality of programming delivered and will represent PRO in a professional manner.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Family Liaison will support families on the phone, via email and in person. They will analyze each case and provide thorough information to families. They will present trainings and workshops to families and professionals and support the development and updating of materials. Each Liaison is responsible to assist in supporting the outreach, advocacy and volunteer efforts of Parents Reaching Out.
