Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Director of Casa Esperanza serves as the key visionary, leader and spokesperson for Casa Esperanza and Give Hope A Ride. This position is accountable to the Board of Directors for matters of financial management, policy development, program services and operations, public relations, capital development and is the spokesperson for the organization.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum requirements include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years organizational and professional management experience
- Successful fund development experience, including grant-writing experience, preferably in the non-profit area.
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Database Management
