Main Areas of Responsibility:
Daily operations: Develop strategy for organizational success, staff leadership, budget oversight, communications, reporting. Programs: Oversee Shine programs and community outreach. Relationships: Manage APS relationship, oversee church, donor, partner, volunteer relationships, attend events. Funding: Collaborate with board/staff to meet revenue goals, secure funds from donors, create engagement strategies, support fundraising communications.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Director has full responsibility for the organization's daily operations, oversight of its programs, relationships and funding. The Executive Director is authorized within the guidelines of the organizational documents and by-laws to make staffing decisions, set budgets and develop goals for the organization.
