Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

● Expand revenue-generating and fundraising activities
● Use external presence and relationships to garner new opportunities
● Ensure ongoing program excellence
● Actively engage and energize Stray Hearts volunteers, board members, committees, partnering organizations, and funders
● Develop, coach, lead, and retain the Stray Hearts team

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Ensure effective systems to track progress, and regularly evaluate program components
● Complete the strategic business planning process
● Build partnerships, establishing relationships with funders and political and
community leaders
● Be an external local, regional and national presence

Other Information/Requirements: 

● Track record of fund raising
● 3 to 5 years of senior management experience
● Strong communication skills
● Action-oriented, entrepreneurial, adaptable, and innovative approach to business planning
● Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
● Familiarity and ability to work with commonly used technology
● Deep knowledge of and positive relationships within the Taos and Northern New Mexico community
