Main Areas of Responsibility:
Mesa to Mesa is an Española non-profit that provides home repairs, free of charge, to qualifying low-income homeowners. The executive director manages administration, finances, and execution of our mission. The executive director is the outward face of the organization to clients, donors, and the public and must have excellent communication skills as well as experience working at a non-profit or related field.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
● Understanding and empathy for those living in poverty
● Administrative skills, fiscal responsibility; tracking of metrics for budgeting, reporting, assessment
● Recruit, retain, and manage volunteers
● Familiarity with low-income assistance programs
● Grant writing experience
● Ensure policy, state, and federal compliance and effective public records management
