Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Adminstration for non-profit, board and team coordination. Budge, fundraising and Development. Forward facing promoter of organization and work that addresses climate justice and resiliency through a values based lens. Works with numerous organizations in collaboration and with faith communities in New Mexico and El Paso region.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Some program planning, coordination and facilitation as well as some engagement in public policy advoacy. Speaking and writing skills essential.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Knowledge of New Mexico and passion for care of land, water, air and communities. Some knowledge or willingness to learn quickly about faith communities in order to engage. Good communication skills, enjoys working as a team, and with volunteers and diverse peoples in New Mexico.

Salary Range: 
$59,000-$65,000 with increase depending upon various factors
