Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

College Success Network of New Mexico (CSN) seeks a visionary and collaborative Executive Director to raise funds for and lead its next-stage work, and to develop the nonprofit organization and its programs for sustainability by 2014.
CSN is a statewide 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of more than 80 partner organizations and institutions. The CSN office is located in downtown Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Experience Desired:
Five years of senior-level non-profit management experience; Collaboration, relationship-building and verbal/written communication skills; Fund Raising experience from diverse sources; Five years scholarship management experience; Commitment to increasing New Mexico’s college-preparedness rates for college-completion; Significant grant management, grants writing, and grants reporting experience; Bachelor’s degree (advanced coursework and/or degree preferred)
