Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO of Catholic Charities in the areas of scheduling and calendar management, meeting preparation, minutes,
follow up documentation, liaison with the Board of Directors and internal staff at all levels. Supports donor database gift processing. In addition, provides administrative support to upper management.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; a high school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative role reporting directly to upper management, high proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools with aptitude to learn new software and systems is a must. Excellent interpersonal, communication (written and verbal) and research skills.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to relate to the public. A valid NM driver’s license with clean record and a satisfactory criminal background check are required. Compensation/Benefits: Pay range starts at $15.43 - $16.67 per hour/$32,094 - $34,673 annually, DOE.
