Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

ACCION is a nonprofit organization that increases access to business credit and provides exceptional customer service to business owners. The Executive Assistant provides outstanding administrative and clerical support to ACCION’s CEO and Board of Directors related to governance, organizational operations, customer service and community relations.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The Executive Assistant supports community relations; coordinates and maintains the CEO’s calendar; schedules and coordinates meetings and events; researches and prepares presentations and reports; edits and reviews correspondence; maintains filing systems; answers incoming calls; performs HR duties as assigned and others duties as required.

Superb interpersonal and problem-solving skills; outstanding customer service; be highly organized, detail-oriented and accountable; excel at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines; be warm, self-reflective and open to feedback; strive for excellence in all activities and have an inspiring attitude. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: A Bachelor of Arts degree and five years of executive, administrative or secretarial experience.
