Main Areas of Responsibility:
ACCION is a nonprofit organization that increases access to business credit and provides exceptional customer service to business owners. The Executive Assistant provides outstanding administrative and clerical support to ACCION’s CEO and Board of Directors related to governance, organizational operations, customer service and community relations.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The Executive Assistant supports community relations; coordinates and maintains the CEO’s calendar; schedules and coordinates meetings and events; researches and prepares presentations and reports; edits and reviews correspondence; maintains filing systems; answers incoming calls; performs HR duties as assigned and others duties as required.
