Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Events and Programs Administrator oversees both on-site and off-site Association Events and Programs, including classes, fundraisers, and special programs. In addition, this role will oversee the events calendar and provide direct support in the conceptualization, marketing, scheduling, planning, logistics, management, implementation, execution and reporting of Association activities.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Plan and maintain the full event calendar for GAAR-specific and non-Association events.
• Oversee the scheduling, planning and execution of Association events and classes expertise and assistance as needed towards their initiatives or events.
• Develop, maintain, and actively market promotional materials for the Association’s event and meeting spaces.
