Environmental Educator

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Responsible for designing, coordinating and implementing classroom and field education programs for 4-6th grade public school students.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Must work well in intimate office setting and under pressure. Program reports, staff meetings, and some fund-raising possible. Participating in organization-wide event planning and execution.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bachelor's and or Master's degree in education, natural history, or experience as a naturalist/educator. Knowledge of aquatic, forest and riparian ecosystems, as well as the natural history of high desert preferred.
