Education Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Education Manager will:
•Oversee the Conservatory of Flamenco Arts Front Desk Attendant and Program Coordinators
•Work with leadership to implement strategic plan for all education programs
•Maintain student and studio management software, Mindbody
•Administrate work study and scholarship programs
•Work with local and national studios to draw participation in Festival Flamenco Alburquerque and related educational programs

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

•In collaboration with the Marketing Department, create and implement marketing and recruitment strategies for all education programs
•In collaboration with the Student Company Directors, maintain integration of education programs with performance and ensemble participation
•In collaboration with Finance Department, ensure reporting compliance within the scope of education programs

Other Information/Requirements: 

Experience requirements:
•5 years in performing arts-related management position or similar role
•Successful completion of bachelor’s degree or equivalent
•Strong MS Office skills
•Light lifting and mobility
•Ability to productively supervise a team, including giving and receiving feedback
•Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment
•Experience working with children and families
•Spanish language proficiency preferred

Salary Range: 
$47,840 - $54,080 commensurate with experience
