Main Areas of Responsibility:
Provide services for children infant/3 years old who have a developmental delay or disability or are at risk for developmental delay. Coordinator evaluations and assessments and determine eligibility.
Facilitate and participate in the developmental, review and evaluation of the Individual Family Service Plan and provide developmental/special instruction to families.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Must be committed to provide family-centered services in natural enviornments. Must have knowledge of development in children infant-3; perfer experience working with young children and providing services to families.
