Main Areas of Responsibility:
Responsible for procuring major gifts and supervising the Santa Fe annual giving, membership and event programs. This position will work closely with board members and the Philanthropy Research Analyst to identify and qualify new prospects, maintain and refresh board and staff portfolios, and actively cultivate, solicit, and steward major gift donors.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Cultivates, solicits, and stewards a personal portfolio of major gift prospects and donors (75-100). Works with board members, development staff, and volunteers to identify and qualify major gift prospects. Works closely with senior development staff to generate personalized cultivation plans for top donors.
