Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Director of Development (ABQ - FT) - Catholic Charities is seeking an experienced, creative, strategic thinker who can lead our communications and fundraising efforts. This individual will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to build awareness of Catholic Charities and ensure the organization has the financial resources to fulfill its mission of serving families in poverty. 

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

The position requires someone who can institute and manage a structure of development programs including major donors, planned giving, events, and other fundraising activities.  Qualifications required: Bachelor’s degree required in non-profit administration, public/business administration, communication, informational technology OR a satisfactory equivalent combination of education and experience.  Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Compensation/Benefits:  Pay range starts at $65,000 annually, DOE. Catholic Charities provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, 401K Plan, and PTO benefits and 50% daycare discount at the Children’s Learning Center (depending on availability).
