Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

The Girl Scouts of New Mexico Trails is seeking a full-time Development Specialist responsible for setup and oversight of donor database (Donor Perfect Online) management. Oversee/ implement "contact detail" input. Assure that an accurate donor database is kept; Cultivate relationships with institutional funders; Grant Writing; Manage reporting to all funders; Produce monthly reports.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Minimum requirements: 5-10 years experience in fundraising and marketing; Master's degree or equivalent; CFRE preferred; Knowledge of fund development principles and public relations; Flexible and able to respond to multiple demands; Strong word processing, desktop publishing, and spreadsheet experience; Skill in preparing written reports and presentations; Solid writing, editing and presentation ability.
