Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Development Coordinator helps to implement fundraising programs designed to meet established targets. Duties include coordinating stakeholder communications through multi-platform engagement, maintaining the donor management database, planning and executing fundraising events, participating in management of donor relations and fundraising appeals, and providing administrative support.

Manages the annual development calendar
Process all donations and maintains all donor records using Donor Perfect
Produce donation/prospect/donor reports, mailing lists, event invitation lists, and fundraising analytics
Work with colleagues on mass mailing campaigns and other donor communications
Manage donor acknowledgement
Process and distribute tax letters
Plan and execute fundraising events
Build personal relationships with donors; ensure delivery of member benefits
