Crisis Services Case Manager

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides short-term intensive case management, court accompaniment, and legal system advocacy to victims of sexual assault. Assists victims in linking to counseling and other supportive services. Assesses and evaluates the needs of victims and provides, refers, and arranges for crisis and supportive services.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Assist victims with safety planning, completion and facilitation of victim compensation applications, securing relocation or temporary safe accommodations or shelter, and linkage and referral to other resources as appropriate.

Other Information/Requirements: 

College degree required, bilingual (English and Spanish) strongly preferred, computer literate required, database experience preferred, and ability to communicate effectively in person and by phone with other staff, volunteers, victims/clients, law enforcement, collaborative agency staff and the general public required.
