This role requires a warm, empathetic, and patient approach, ensuring that clients feel heard, supported, and safe when seeking services.

Other Information/Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Minimum of one year of work experience (required); and
• Ability to speak and write in both Spanish and English (required).
