Main Areas of Responsibility:
AISES is seeking to hire a Corporate Relations and Events Officer for the Albuquerque, NM based national non-profit headquarters office, www.aises.org. Responsible for key functions of delivering quality national events; cultivating and maintaining corporate and government sponsorships and exhibitors; event sales strategies and implementation; supervising vendor contracts and executing site selection strategies. Infrequent travel may be required for organization meeting and events.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The following are requirements for the position. BA/BS;2 years experience in Conference/Event management; Customer service and/or sales experience; Competency in MS Office Suite to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as experience with database and graphics software.
