Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Coordinated Entry System (CES) manages HUD-funded housing and services, using standardized assessments to connect people to housing. CES Navigators handle caseloads, ensure eligibility, provide outreach to shelters and occasionally the streets, and rotate between Albuquerque and Santa Fe offices, with occasional statewide travel.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
As a key CES team member, you will conduct assessments, manage a caseload, and coordinate housing placements. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, handling HMIS documentation, ensuring confidentiality, and managing client files. You’ll also gather eligibility documentation, assist clients, engage in street outreach, and connect clients to supportive services.
