Main Areas of Responsibility:
* Tracking and response to the IRS 501c3 non-profit application;
* Tracking and reporting for grant compliance
* Implementation of fundraising plan
* Financial management - processing of accounts receivable/payable, deposits, check request submissions, and tracking financial position;
* Membership management - maintain membership list, coordinate correspondence and dues collection from membership.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
* Web site maintenance - work in coordination with members and the AAHC Webmaster to quarantee accuracy and update content of AAHC web site on a regular basis;
* Coordinate communications with AAHC membership via phone and e-mail.
