Main Areas of Responsibility:
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the home repair projects in accordance with the grant requirements. This includes planning, contractor solicitation, construction oversight, and reporting. The Project Manager will report to the Executive Director; however, the Project Manager is expected to be self-directed and require minimal supervision and support.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
• Prepare schedule and budget estimates.
• Work directly with clients in their homes to assess repair work required.
• Solicit and evaluate contractor quotations.
• Schedule and oversee contractor work performance. (Including visiting job sites.)
• Photograph pre-construction conditions, work progress, and post-construction conditions.
• Report budget, schedule, and work progress information to the Building Committee
Salary Range:
$25-35/hour depending on experience. 25-30 hours per week.
