Community Support Worker

Job Description
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

provide CCSS (comprehensive community support services) to clients in the Recovery Outreach Program (ROP). Experience in current substance abuse practices, working w/ co-occurring disorders & severe mental illnesses. This position will be responsible for Specialty Court Clients.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Work with homeless adults in recovery program. This position is responsible for providing intensive Community Support for clients with severe mental illness and/or with substance abuse issues.

Other Information/Requirements: 

BA/BS in human service related field. At least 1 year experience in Case Management. Experience working with Severely Menally Ill/homeless population. Experience in substance abuse setting. LSAA prefered.
