Community Impact Administrative Assistant

Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provides a wide range of support, including administrative and scheduling for the Chief Impact Officer, and assisting the Community Impact team. This support facilitates the efficient operation of the organization through coordination and assistance with work and logistical support for meetings and events.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Collaborates with the UWNCNM administrative team, maintains communication systems and knowledge-shares with the Community Impact team. The CI Administrative Assistant works in a team environment, with minimal supervision, to produce high quality work and provide excellent service through a strong ability to build and maintain collaborative and productive working relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Post-secondary certificate or degree in a relevant field or at least two years of experience working in an administrative role. Demonstrated organizational skills. Detail-oriented with a minimum number of errors. Ability and willingness to learn other software programs. Excellent Communication Skills. General technological proficiency.
