Main Areas of Responsibility: 

• Connect small business owners from targeted communities and existing clients to other services within the ecosystem
• Engage in ongoing education and awareness of the services offered
Provide consistent and regular reporting
• Ensure client information is recorded and confidential
• Support the coordination of activities between Color Theory partners and clients.
• Conduct outreach in targeted communities to create awareness

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

• Other tasks may be assigned for the success of the clients and the well-being of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Other Information/Requirements: 

bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or in place of a degree, at least 4 years of experience directly related
Understanding of entrepreneurial requirements and business management.
Bilingual required

Salary Range: 
Compensation ranges between $45,000 and $55,000 annual salary depending on experience.
