Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Meals on Wheels of Albuquerque a Non-Profit Institutional kitchen is seeking a Cold Production Associate. This position also works closely with the Cold Production Manager, to learn every aspect of the cold production of approximately 700-900 meals daily. Great team atmosphere for a local non-profit. The hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Hourly wage will depend upon experience. Paid holidays, sick leave and vacation are benefits included with this position.

Other Information/Requirements: 

Requirements include knowledge of kitchen procedures, knife skills, prior experience with institutional cooking, following instructions and attention to detail, planning production, ability to lift 50 pounds, and stand most of the day. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug screening and have a valid driver’s license.
