Works in partnership with half-time Co-Executive Director (Strategy and Business Planning).
• Supervise staff
• Maintain financial stability
• Maintain volunteer team
• Facilitate staff meetings
• Maintain optimum org structure
• Ensure compliance with employee handbook/address HR issues
• Monitor staff workloads/schedules
• Manage separations/hiring
• Manage guest/volunteer relations
• Maintain policies/procedures

• Oversee and assist with programs/operations
• Oversee inventory tracking
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards/other legal requirements
• Oversee bill assistance programming
• Oversee community partner/resources
• Manage facilities
• Staff board committees
• Manage relationship with Rio Grande Presbyterian Church
• Oversee administrative duties
