Main Areas of Responsibility:
As a member of the Leadership Team, the Co-Executive Director, holds shared responsibility for ongoing development of Wise Fool with consideration of how each program/project holds true to the mission, and for major decisions about the values and activities of the Organization. Wise Fool follows a strength-based model, meaning we create and hold positions within the organization based on the strengths and interest of the individual.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
Big picture brainstorming/analysis of overall programming and areas for growth. Foster a welcoming atmosphere for staff, participants and the community, including fielding suggestions/concerns and addressing issues. Act as a spokesperson for the organization via speaking engagements, fundraising events and solicitations. Represents Wise Fool in national social circus, radical arts, and theater networks. Foster development with other cultural organizations by participating in meetings and joint activities.
Salary Range:
20 hrs/wk. Salaried at $20,800 per year, plus access to studio for training and one free ground class per week, and paid vacation and sick time.
