Full-Time
Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide general and clinical supervision for therapists and case managers. Provide professional individual and group therapy for survivors of sexual violence, childhood sexual abuse, incest, street harassment, stalking, etc.
Provide case coordination with case managers to help best provide case management and advocate for survivors as needed by coordinating with different systems, such as the court and other legal entities.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide general and clinical supervision to therapists and case managers
Data collection and reports for grant funding
Conduct assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, and group and/or individual therapy

Other Information/Requirements: 

Bilingual and Biliterate in Spanish/English required
Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure in Social Work (LISW)/Counseling LPCC/or equivalent), Independent licensure required
Experience in supervising staff
Experience working with survivors of sexual violence
Maintain licensing and continuing education according to professional standards
