Main Areas of Responsibility: 

Provide general and clinical supervision for therapists. Provide professional individual and group therapy for survivors of sexual violence, including sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse, incest, street harassment, stalking, and for others impacted by these issues.

Additional Areas of Responsibility: 

• Report for grants that fund programs of Casa Fortaleza
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, case coordination, and group and/or individual therapy
• Respect and maintain a high standard of confidentiality for all clients and cases served by Casa Fortaleza
• Maintain accurate and current progress notes and other documentation about service provision

Other Information/Requirements: 

• Bilingual and Biliterate in Spanish/English and be able to provide therapy in Spanish is preferred
• Master’s degree and New Mexico licensure in Social Work (LISW) or Counseling LPCC). Independent licensure necessary
• Experience in grant reporting
• Experience in supervising staff
• Experience working with survivors of sexual violence
• Maintain licensing and continuing education according to professional standards
