Main Areas of Responsibility:
Manage company’s lobby area and greet visitors; Answer multi-line telephone, transfer calls, and take messages; Maintain solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism; Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Assist heirs with questions and concerns regarding AOG, AHF, ECS; Assist in all aspects of RGEC (registration packets, data entry, account questions and filing); Assist with RGEC contractor trainings;
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
➢ Staff RGEC Before and After School Program sites as needed
➢ Unpacking and shelving office and school program supplies
➢ Other duties as deemed necessary by Executive Management team or Office Coordinator
